From the onset I was impressed by her demeanor, she was very professional but also was, from my first impression onwards, a very warm person. She was very in depth in the interview process and I feel she made a genuine effort to identify my strengths. Immediately after I was done with the interview I expressed to my friends and family how impressive I felt and felt more ensured that my future was in capable and caring hands. This was largely in part to encouragement of her, who not only reviewed my resume to identify what roles might be a good fit for me but helped me update it to something I was proud to present to employers. She never let communication between us lapse, and although I was pursuing avenues with other placement companies I was confident I wanted my role to be filled by her. When I got the job, which I find is perfect for me, she followed up many times to ensure I was happy. She even stopped by and gave me a scribbler and pen ! This was beyond impressive. The comprehensiveness of the process, in my opinion, dwarves the efforts of other groups. They would be my first recommendation to anyone seeking placement, and are leaps and bounds ahead of other local firms. And this success is due to people like Mary.
